CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. -Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the remaining balance of your service, and your booking fee will be forfeited. A new appointment must be booked online. -There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and considered a no-show, and the same fees will apply. -No call/no shows will be charged the full remaining balance and will be blocked from booking future appointments.
